P&P will be £3.00, regardless of quantity ordered, if the total is less than £25.
Orders are normally dispatched between 2-5 days after payment has been received.
Please note we can only send items to the address that was completed at checkout. Please check that your email address and the postal address is completed correctly before submitting payment. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed due to an incomplete or wrong address given.

OUR RETURN POLICY
How It Works
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. No reason is necessary for the withdrawal, which may be given in writing (an e-mail is recommended) or by returning the goods (at your risk). The goods must be in the original unused condition, unopened and in re-saleable condition. You must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk. We advise you to return any goods using a signed for service and to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. You must enclose your name, address and order number with the returned items. Any goods returned shall be at the customer’s expense plus a 10% surcharge and any goods sent in place will carry a delivery charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Goods returned due to our error will be returned at our expense.
If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
We will issue a refund within 24 hours if goods are returned fit for resale.
Any discrepancies between goods ordered and goods received must be brought to the attention of email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Quality of Service
Every effort will be made to provide our customers with a first rate service. If you have any problems please contact us and we will try our best to assist you.
